This helps increase your <strong>stamina<\/strong> and <strong>reduces<\/strong> muscular <strong>fatigue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>It improves your <strong>balance<\/strong>, and thus helps reduce the risk of injury.<\/li>\n<li>It improves blood <strong>circulation<\/strong> and <strong>reduces <\/strong>the risk of having <strong>blood clots <\/strong>and varicose veins.<\/li>\n<li>It lowers <strong>blood pressure<\/strong> and, with it, the risk of <strong>heart disease<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>It improves <strong>bone density<\/strong>, and thus helps prevent osteoporosis.<\/li>\n<li>It helps you slim and <strong>keep the <\/strong>required <strong>weight<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>It improves <strong>your breathing and <\/strong>tissue<strong> oxygenation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>It activates your <strong>metabolism<\/strong> and accelerates it, which is why it helps burn calories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All of this refers to physical aspects.
