Your body has probably <strong>accumulated toxins<\/strong> and you are incapable of eliminating them by yourself.<\/p>\n<h3>With a healthy diet, regular physical exercise and drinking two litres of water a day you will feel better.<\/h3>\n<p>But if this is not enough, you can draw up a <strong>detoxing programme<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>On just one day, follow a semiliquid diet<\/strong> based on sugar free fruit juices and vegetable pur\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>When you get up<\/strong>: Have a glass of lemon juice with warm water.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Breakfast:<\/strong> Papaya, pineapple, watermelon or a bowl of red fruits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mid-morning:<\/strong> green tea<\/p>\n<p><strong>Before lunch:<\/strong> papaya or pineapple juice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For lunch: <\/strong>pumpkin, carrot, celery and tomato pur\u00e9e. For dessert, a whole piece of fruit (melon or banana if you are very hungry).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mid-afternoon: <\/strong>Liquidised vegetables, tomato, cucumber and celery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For supper:<\/strong> Salad of lamb\u2019s lettuce, tomato and dried fruit like walnuts and a green tea infusion.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Drink at least <strong>two litres of water a day<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avoid <\/strong>cigarettes, alcohol, coffee, sweet things, and refined flour.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opt for wholegrain produce<\/strong>: cereals, pasta and rice.<\/li>\n<li>Add <strong>more fibre <\/strong>vegetables: such as cabbage, artichokes and broccoli, or fresh fruit like: apples, pears, strawberries, plums, oranges or lemons.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>diuretic foods: <\/strong>pineapple, melon, watermelon, asparagus, artichokes or aubergines.<\/li>\n<li>Take <strong>lukewarm showers<\/strong> and end up with <strong>cold water <\/strong>to activate your circulation.<\/li>\n<li>Do <strong>hypropressive exercises<\/strong>. Breathe deeply three times and, on the third, inhale, contract your abdominal muscles and hold your breath as long as you can. Breathe deeply again and repeat the process. Try to hold your breath longer each time.<\/li>\n<li>Use an <strong>exfoliating peel<\/strong> for your skin.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>a spa<\/strong>, <strong>sauna<\/strong> or hot water <strong>swimming pool<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Go out<\/strong>, go for a walk, <strong>breathe deeply<\/strong> and try to <strong>de-stress<\/strong> and get rid of anxiety.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<pre>You will feel like new after just one week. You can repeat it twice a year, at the beginning of summer and winter.
